Hit for Six
1976 saw the dawn of the P34, Tyrrell's wonderfully inventive six-wheeled car with four smaller front wheels, that backed up its looks with solid results such as an impressive one-two finish for the team at the 1976 Swedish GP. At the 1977 season-opening Argentine GP, the P34 had a fully-cowled body adorned with a blue and white livery and First National City bank as a sponsor; that car is recreated by this 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit. The body is injection moulded in detailed yet durable plastic, with upper cowl sections moulded in white and side pontoons in blue. Stickers are included for depiction of either of Peterson's number 3 or Depailler's number 4 cars, complete with Goodyear tire logos - just apply the stickers, and the body is ready!

Special 6-Wheeled F103 Chassis
The high performance direct drive 2WD chassis utilizes a semi double deck frame with 1.5mm thick upper and 2.5mm thick lower FRP plates. Kingpin coil spring 4-wheel independent front suspension consists of the one-piece lower arm and individual left/right upper arms. One servo controls the steering of all four front wheels. The rear suspension features a rigid T-bar with coil spring and low-friction pads. The spur gear has a built-in ball diff for limited slip effect. Grippy sponge tires masterfully harness the power provided by the motor.

A plastic body artfully depicts the full-cowl P34, with sections moulded in their respective colors. The chassis is a special iteration of the F103, offering responsive and nimble direct drive 2WD. A single servo is used to steer the model's four front wheels. A hi-torque servo saver is included. Front kingpin coil spring suspension for independent left/right damping. The spur gear has an in-built ball differential, which provides limited slip diff effect. The rear suspension setup employs this coil spring and friction pads in partnership with a T-bar. Stickers are also included for both drivers' helmets: Peterson, or Depailler. A realistic rear end features bulky metal stays to which wing and oil cooler depictions are affixed. The four front wheels use grippy yet lightweight sponge tires. Rear wheels also have sponge tires. Sidewall logos are stickers.
